Cumulative trauma is one the most frequent causes of injury. To counteract the effects of cumulative trauma, our team
of physical therapists developed a program called the body balance system. This system is based on the principles of yoga,
with modifications to enhance the effects of reversing cumulative trauma and related injuries.
This yoga-based intervention enhances the treatment of all the conditions presented and has become a large part of our
clinical practice model. This form of therapy is extremely effective in improving strength, range of motion, posture,
balance and coordination.
