This is our newest program extending beyond the bounds of traditional physical therapy. The P3 program is a comprehensive
approach to sports performance and fitness. Developed to go beyond traditional personal training programs, we incorporate
physical conditioning, nutritional education, and planning and injury prevention all in one. This is not only for the
elite athlete, but anyone who desires to achieve maximum performance and fitness.
This program is designed to improve performance and prolong the careers of elite athletes. It is different from most
personal training programs because it is performance based. Each session has a specific purpose and is carefully planned
to address all the components of sports performance and fitness.
